About the Role

Gallery Vision is urgently hiring an organized and detail-oriented Content Operations Executive to manage and update music-related content accurately across platforms. Great entry point for freshers with strong computer skills and a genuine interest in music, or anyone looking to build a career in content operations within the music industry. Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update music-related content accurately across systems/platforms

Coordinate with internal teams on content-related tasks

Maintain organized records and documentation

Support content workflows and ensure timely updates

Adapt to new tools and processes as required





Requirements

Knowledge of or strong interest in music/music industry is mandatory

Basic computer knowledge is essential

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory

Good communication and coordination skills

Smart, organized, and detail-oriented

Ability to manage and update content accurately

Willingness to learn and adapt to current tools and processes

Freshers with good computer skills can also apply
