Job Overview:

We are looking for a Travel Consultant / Travel Agent with excellent communication and customer-handling skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in customer service, sales, travel, or OTA operations and be comfortable assisting international customers with their travel requirements.

Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries related to flights, hotels, vacation packages, and other travel services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Assist customers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and itinerary-related queries.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, availability, and travel policies.
- Convert travel inquiries into successful bookings through effective sales and communication.
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the booking journey.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information in CRM and travel systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending inquiries, quotations, and bookings.
- Meet individual and team sales, customer service, and productivity targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in travel, customer service, sales, OTA operations,



or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Spanish language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to sell travel products and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Good understanding of flights, hotels, vacation packages, and travel processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions.
- Comfortable working during US/international business hours.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM, booking, and travel-related systems.
