About the Role

We’re looking for one energetic, creative and camera-friendly Social Media Intern who lives and breathes social media.

If you’re someone who is always spotting the latest Instagram Reel trend, knows what makes people stop scrolling, enjoys being on camera, understands catchy hooks and loves creating content, we’d love to hear from you!

This role is perfect for a fresher who wants hands-on experience in social media, content creation, influencer marketing and brand communication.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Assist in planning and creating Instagram Reels, Stories and social media content.

● Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.

● Research trending Reels, formats, sounds, memes, topics and content styles.

● Come up with strong and engaging hooks that grab attention in the first few seconds.

● Assist in developing creative content ideas and scripts for social media.

● Be comfortable appearing on camera for Reels, product videos and other content whenever required.

● Help with shoots, content production and basic coordination.

● Understand what type of content is performing well and suggest ideas based on trends.

● Assist in creating content around products, campaigns, festivals, brand moments and current trends.

● Coordinate with the creative and social media team to execute content ideas.

● Someone who genuinely understands and enjoys social media.

● Quick at identifying trends before they become outdated.

● Good at understanding or creating strong hooks.

● Creative and full of content ideas.

● Naturally curious about what people are watching, sharing and talking about online.

● Willing to experiment, learn and try new formats.

● Comfortable working with a team and taking feedback.

● Responsible about timelines and content deadlines.

Freshers Are Welcome!

You do not need prior agency or brand experience to apply, If you have:

● Created your own Reels or social media content

● Managed a personal Instagram page

● Made videos for college or personal projects

● Experimented with trends

● Created funny/creative videos with friends

● A good understanding of Instagram and content

We want to see it!

Your portfolio doesn't have to be professional. Even your personal Instagram profile, Reel page, YouTube channel or any content you've created can be shared with us.

Bonus Skills

These are not mandatory, but will be a plus:

● Basic knowledge of Instagram Insights / social media analytics

● Basic video editing skills

● Knowledge of CapCut, Canva or similar tools

● Basic understanding of lighting, framing and shooting videos

● Experience creating Reels or short-form videos

● Understanding of influencer marketing

● Good sense of humour and internet culture
