We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our Finance and Accounts team. The intern will gain practical experience in day-to-day accounting operations, financial documentation, bookkeeping, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain and organize invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Support the preparation of payment records and expense reports.
- Assist in recording financial transactions in accounting software.
- Help with bank reconciliation and verification of transactions.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist in preparing GST, tax, and other financial documentation, as required.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Support the Finance team in preparing reports, statements, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors regarding invoices and payment-related information.
- Perform other finance and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), CA Inter,



or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
