Job Summary

Zeba Labs is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, payroll, statutory compliance, financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle salary calculation and monthly payroll processing, including deductions and adjustments.
- Prepare and process PF and ESI payments and related compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and statutory deduction details.
- Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare and verify GST and TDS returns and related documentation.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and outstanding payments.
- Assist in monthly closing and finalization of accounts.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and schedules.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.
- Monitor expenses and financial transactions.
- Ensure timely payment of statutory dues, including PF, ESI, TDS and GST.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company accounting policies.
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Robust practical knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience in salary calculation and statutory deductions.
- Experience in finalization of accounts and audit coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Experience in Tally Accounting Software is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical, communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Age: 30–40 years.
