Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering ( Instrumentation / Electronics )

Experience – 2 to 6 yrs

About Company- We are a leading manufacturer of Analytical Instruments, Gas Chromatographs, and Gas Analyzers, serving a wide range of industries including chemical, pharmaceutical, research, food processing, and petrochemical sectors.

Working days: Mon to Saturday (2nd, 4th Sat off + Sundays Off)

Shift Timings – 8.30 am to 5.15 pm

Job description

Role & responsibilities

- Install, commission, and configure equipment or systems at customer sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or equipment problems.
- Respond to customer service calls and resolve issues within agreed timelines.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and performance checks.
- Replace faulty components and carry out necessary repairs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers.




- Train customers or operators on proper equipment use and maintenance.
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.
- Maintain spare-parts inventory and coordinate replacement parts when required.
- Follow safety procedures, company standards, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, production, and support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.
- Travel to customer locations when on-site support is required.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on new technologies, products, and technical procedures.
