About the Role
Hexa Coder Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a driven and experienced Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline across international and domestic markets. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with outbound prospecting, relationship building, and presenting our solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calling to identify and engage potential clients across international and local markets
- Execute cold emailing campaigns to generate current business leads
- Perform LinkedIn outreach to connect with and nurture prospective clients
- Leverage sales automation tools to streamline prospecting and follow-up processes
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential customers promptly and professionally
- Schedule and conduct product/service demos for interested prospects




- Prepare and share proposals tailored to client requirements
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and pipeline status in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies

Requirements

- 4–5 years of experience in inside sales, with exposure to both international and domestic markets
- Proven experience in cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn-based outreach
- Familiarity with sales automation/CRM tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and prepare relevant proposals
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline
