We are hiring a skilled and responsible Computer Hardware & Networking Technician / Desktop Support Engineer for our office. The candidate must have hands-on experience in troubleshooting computer hardware, installing software, and managing local networks.

Key Responsibilities ​

- Desktop/Laptop hardware assembling, repairs, and component replacement.
- Windows OS, MS Office, and software installation & troubleshooting. ​
- LAN/WAN setup, Wi-Fi router, network switches, and IP configuration.
- Installation and maintenance of printers, scanners, CCTV, and biometric devices. ​
- Providing quick on-site and remote technical support to users.

Requirements & Skills

- ​Education: 12th / ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate (Hardware & Networking background preferred).
- ​Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with robust practical skills are welcome).
- Technical Skills: PC hardware diagnostics, OS formatting, LAN networking, and peripherals setup. ​
- Location: Ujjain (Local candidates preferred).
- ​Other: Two-wheeler for local/on-site visits.
