The Patient Relationship Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a positive patient experience by managing patient communication, coordination, follow-ups, and relationship-building activities within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and guide patients throughout their clinic journey
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and families
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient communications
- Address patient concerns, feedback, and service-related inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with Doctors, Therapists, and Front Office staff for seamless patient care
- Maintain accurate patient interaction records and confidentiality
- Support patient retention and engagement initiatives
- Assist in billing coordination and documentation when required
- Ensure a comfortable, patient-friendly, and skilled environment
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment plans, reviews, and ongoing care

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
