Roles and Responsibilities:

* Make inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.

* Explain Karban product features, pricing, benefits, and use cases clearly.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

* Follow up with leads until closure.

* Maintain customer details, call updates, and sales status in CRM/Excel.

* Coordinate with logistics and support teams for order fulfilment.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

* Share customer feedback and common objections with the team.

Preferred candidate for the profile:

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, retail sales, consumer durables,

appliances, or electronics.

* Good spoken English and Hindi. Regional language skills are an advantage.

* Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and calling systems.





* Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

* Ability to explain smart/technical consumer products confidently.

* Target-driven, disciplined, and customer-focused.
