Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Malayalam Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and provide appropriate information to customers in Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Communicate with customers in Malayalam and understand their requirements.
- Explain products, services, offers, and company processes clearly.
- Generate leads through outbound calling.
- Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Update lead and customer details in the CRM/system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Follow company calling procedures, quality standards, and policies.

Requirements





- Excellent spoken Malayalam communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers are welcome; telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage.
