Job Purpose : To provide Indian Sign Language (ISL) training and communication support to hearing-impaired/deaf beneficiaries and enable them to participate effectively in education, vocational training and daily life.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and group ISL training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans and visual/activity-based learning materials.
- Develop students' vocabulary, sentence formation and functional communication skills.
- Assess and monitor learner progress and maintain records.
- Provide individual/remedial support wherever required.
- Support teachers and vocational trainers in communicating with hearing-impaired students.
- Conduct basic ISL orientation sessions for staff and parents/caregivers.
- Support students in developing communication skills required for interviews and workplaces.
- Participate in workshops, awareness programmes and other SETU activities.
- Prepare periodic progress reports and undertake other duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
