End-to-end HR operations and recruitment
Employee relations and grievance handling
Performance management and training coordination
Payroll and attendance management
Compliance with labor laws and company policies
Liaison with government authorities, labor departments, and external stakeholders
Handling legal documentation, licenses, registrations, and statutory compliance requirements
HR documentation, MIS, and reporting
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field
5-7 years of relevant HR experience
Candidate must be from Gujarat
Robust communication and leadership skills
Sound knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Experience in liaisoning with regulatory/government bodies
Knowledge of legal documentation, licensing processes, and statutory compliances
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
