Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate database.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri.com, Indeed, WorkIndia, and other job portals.
- Solid sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to achieve hiring targets within timelines.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
