Sales Coordinator – Fresher

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for daily sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
- Prepare and share quotations, sales orders, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Store, Dispatch, and Accounts for order execution.
- Maintain customer and sales-related records in Excel/ERP.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track pending orders and customer follow-ups.
- Support the Sales Team in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales activities.
- Communicate with customers professionally through phone, WhatsApp, and email.




- Perform other sales coordination activities assigned by the Sales Manager.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Positive communication and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good customer-handling and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
