Architectural Designer – Revit / BIM | U.S. Projects

We're looking for a solid Architectural Designer / Revit BIM Specialist to support an active U.S. architecture practice across multiple projects.

Engagement Type: Contract to start, with full-time potential as the company scales

The immediate need is hands-on Revit production, Design Development, Construction Documentation, consultant coordination, and ongoing design refinement.

You'll be responsible for:

- Translating design presentations, sketches and PM markups into DD/CD drawings
- Developing and maintaining architectural Revit models
- Producing plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, details, schedules and drawing sets
- Coordinating with structural, MEP, civil and other consultants
- Incorporating redlines and project-manager direction
- Supporting multiple active projects from SD through CD
- Maintaining organized, accurate and production-ready Revit models

Ideal candidate:

- 4+ years of architectural experience




- Strong skilled Revit experience
- Proven DD/CD production experience
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants
- Strong architectural detailing and documentation skills
- U.S. project experience preferred
- Experience with residential, commercial, hospitality/retail, aviation or institutional projects is a plus
- Bluebeam/Navisworks/AutoCAD experience preferred

Work Setup Requirements

● Own laptop/workstation capable of running Revit efficiently on large project files, with a secondary monitor

● Reliable high-speed internet.

● Comfortable working 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
