We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, explaining our products/services, and maintaining positive customer relationships. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Explain products and services clearly and answer customer questions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate call records and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- High school diploma or graduate (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
