Hiring for Food and Beverage (F&B;) Manager for Hostel Industry.

Need to arrange daily food of 1200 students aprox. Including breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner.

Operations Management:

- Supervise all operations across the hostel's café, and communal kitchen spaces.
- Coordinate social events like festivals and family-style dinners.
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards according to local health laws.
- Manage point-of-sale systems to track inventory and daily transactions seamlessly.

Financial & Cost Control:

- Control food costs and beverage waste to safeguard low-margin budget targets.
- Negotiate vendor contracts to secure affordable prices for high-volume items.
- Set menu pricing that balances affordability for backpackers with profit margins.




- Monitor weekly sales reports and adjust labor hours to match peak hostel occupancy.

Menu & Community Development:

- Design casual menus featuring local street food, quick breakfasts, and creative cocktails.
- Accommodate diverse diets by including jain, vegetarian, and non-veg options.
- Engage directly with guests to gather feedback and build a welcoming social atmosphere.

Location- Mumbai - Andheri & Ville Parle

Shift timing- 10am to 8pm 1 rotational off
