FMCG Dispatch Executive – Job Description (JD)Position:

Job Summary:

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing the dispatch of finished goods, ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining dispatch records, coordinating with transporters, and ensuring accurate documentation of all outgoing shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per orders.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.
- Prepare dispatch challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other required documents.
- Maintain dispatch records and inventory movement reports.
- Monitor vehicle loading and ensure proper handling of products.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
- Track dispatched shipments and update delivery status.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer delivery concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs,



safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Conduct daily stock reconciliation with warehouse records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Basic understanding of inventory management.
- Familiarity with ERP, Zoho, Tally, or dispatch software.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Qualification:

- Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Dispatch Operations preferred.

Reporting To:

Warehouse Manager / Operations Manager / Production Head
