We are looking for a skilled and motivated ITI Fitter to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembly, alignment, and fabrication-related activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble and fit sheet metal and heavy fabrication components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and basic fabrication drawings.
- Perform fitting, alignment, drilling, grinding, cutting, and assembly activities.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments effectively.
- Check dimensions and ensure components meet required specifications.
- Support production and fabrication activities as per work requirements.
- Identify and report quality issues, dimensional deviations, or assembly problems.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, and maintenance teams when required.




- Follow company quality standards, work instructions, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

- ITI certification in Fitter Trade.
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, fabrication, or engineering industries.
- Freshers with relevant ITI qualification may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools.
- Good understanding of fitting, alignment, drilling, grinding, and assembly work.
- Positive attitude, discipline, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in sheet metal or heavy fabrication.
- Knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, and other basic measuring tools.
- Basic knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes.
- Ability to work in a production-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
