We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Store Officer / Store Manager to manage material receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, and documentation. The role requires coordination with purchase, projects, and accounts to ensure accurate stock records, timely material availability, and compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Material Receipt & Inspection

Receive incoming materials, verify quantity and condition against delivery documents, and report shortages or damages immediately.

2) Inventory Control & Stock Management

Maintain accurate stock records, monitor minimum and maximum levels, and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.

3) Material Storage & Organization

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials to maintain safety, accessibility, and material condition.

4) Material Issue & Consumption Tracking

Issue materials against approved requisitions, record consumption accurately, and track usage by department or project.

5) Stock Register & Documentation Maintenance

Maintain stock registers, inward–outward records, bin cards, and supporting documents in physical and digital formats.

6) Coordination with Purchase & Accounts





Coordinate with purchase for material planning and with accounts for invoice verification, GRN sharing, and record reconciliation.

7) Periodic Stock Verification

Conduct regular physical stock checks, identify variances, and submit reconciliation reports to management.

8) Store Safety & Compliance

Ensure store safety standards, proper handling of materials, and compliance with company policies and audit requirements.

Required Skills:

· Strong knowledge of store operations, inventory control, and material handling

· Ability to maintain accurate records and follow documentation discipline

· Good coordination skills with purchase, projects, and accounts teams

· Working knowledge of MS Excel and stock tracking formats

· Strong follow-up discipline and accountability for material movement

· Professional communication skills in English and Hindi
