Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Buyer III to manage end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective, accurate, and compliant purchasing while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.

Roles And Responsibilities

- Manage RFQs, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and purchase orders.
- Expedite orders and ensure on-time procurement and delivery.




- Coordinate with suppliers on commitments, delays, and issue resolution.
- Support cost optimization through price analysis and negotiation.
- Provide inventory and logistics support for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate ERP/SAP procurement records and documentation.
- Prepare procurement reports and MIS for management.
- Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Stores, and suppliers.
- Support team workload management and ensure timely completion of priorities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and continuous improvement.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, communication, and responsiveness across procurement activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Required Qualification:

- Minimum experience: 2–5 years
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management
- Relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
- Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
