Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead – MERN Stack to drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge web and mobile solutions. This role requires deep expertise in backend development, AWS serverless architecture, and the ability to guide a team toward building scalable, robust, and user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the development team in building scalable, high-performing applications using MERN stack.
- Take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery, from architecture design to deployment.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices, emerging tools, and modern frameworks.
- System Design & Architecture
- Design and implement scalable backend systems using AWS Serverless with Node.js.
- Architect solutions with a strong emphasis on performance, reliability, and fault tolerance.
- Define and implement deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
- Web & Mobile Development
- Drive development of web applications leveraging frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, NextJS.
- Contribute to mobile application development using React Native.
- Manage deployment and maintenance of applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Collaboration & Mentorship
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
- Serve as a mentor and coach for developers,



fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Promote adherence to coding standards, design principles, and agile practices.
- Innovation & Ownership
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt recent technologies to improve scalability and user experience.
- Take complete ownership of everything shipped, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer delight.

Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in web and mobile application development.
- Core Expertise:
- Strong backend development background, with proven experience in MERN stack.
- Hands-on expertise in AWS serverless architecture with Node.js.
- Experience with React / React Native for frontend and mobile development.
- Proficiency in modern frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS, NextJS.
- Knowledge of deployment and app store publishing (Google Play & Apple App Store).
- Key Skills:
- Strong system design and architectural skills.
- Ability to build highly scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native development.
- Strong mentoring, leadership, and team collaboration capabilities.
- Attention to detail with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
