Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and candidate closures. The role will primarily focus on recruitment, with additional responsibilities in HR operations, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Prepare and release offer letters.
- Coordinate candidate joining and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Support HR operations as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing methods.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies at the same time.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
