Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the CRM team and customer relationship operations.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
- Manage the complete customer journey from booking to possession.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project teams.
- Monitor booking, allotment, agreements, payment follow-ups, and possession processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM reports.
- Develop and implement CRM policies, processes, and service standards.
- Track team performance and ensure achievement of CRM targets.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- Relevant experience in Real Estate CRM is preferred.
- Solid communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling a CRM team and large customer base will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
