Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.

- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Plan and create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Create engaging pre-event, live-event, and post-event content including reels, stories, posts, and highlights.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers during events
- Coordinate with internal office teams during the event and ensure smooth post-event communication and follow-ups.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and promotions when required.
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools, features, and best practices.





Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Robust knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video content is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for better engagement.
