- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety requlations, quality standards, and project specifications. Oversee the entire life cycle of construction projects spread across the city
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve any issues or obstacles, and take necessary corrective actions, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards.
- Experience working on BOQs and Billing: Quantity take-off related to structure, earthwork etc., as per the designs/ drawings and site measurements.
- Working on upgradation costs based on the current market value of materials and or changes, from the client/ architect in coordination with the execution team
- Coordination with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project timelines
- Prepare and present project status reports to the top management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, delays, risks, and opportunities

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
