Role Overview

- We seek a proactive executive to identify colleges, build relationships with decision-makers and generate partnership leads.
- Key Responsibilities
- Map engineering colleges, polytechnics, ITIs and technical institutes.
- Meet Principals, Directors, HODs, Deans and Placement Officers.
- Present programs and partnership opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through visits, calls, emails and networking.
- Maintain verified contact databases and regular reports.
- Follow up with interested institutions and arrange management meetings.
- Key Performance Indicators
- Institutions visited and decision-makers contacted
- Verified contacts and qualified leads
- Meetings arranged and follow-up conversions
- Partnership opportunities developed

Required Skills

- Strong communication,



presentation and interpersonal skills
- Confidence approaching senior officials
- Good follow-up, reporting and documentation abilities
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

- Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Preferred backgrounds include:
- B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- BBA/MBA in Marketing or Business Development
- Technical, educational sales or institutional outreach experience
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
