Job Summary:

Responsible for driving sales, distribution, and market expansion of dairy products within the assigned territory while managing distributors, retailers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Drive primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure product availability across the assigned market.
- Conduct regular market visits and meet distributors and retailers.
- Appoint new distributors and expand the retail network.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely product replenishment.
- Implement sales promotions and ensure product visibility.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Monitor collections and outstanding payments.
- Resolve distributor and retailer-related concerns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations teams for smooth product distribution.

Skills Required:

- Strong FMCG and dairy product sales knowledge.




- Experience in distributor and retailer management.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid territory planning and market expansion abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
- Ability to conduct regular field and market visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
- 2–7 years of experience in FMCG, dairy, or food product sales.
- Experience in Territory Sales / Area Sales preferred.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience selling milk, curd, paneer, butter, cheese, ghee, ice cream, or other dairy products.
- Strong network of distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Experience handling General Trade and Modern Trade is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
