Plastic Injection Shift Incharge supervises molding operations, manages shift workers, and resolves machine or quality issues during assigned production hours.

Key Responsibilities

Production Supervision: Execute daily schedules, monitor cycle times, and hit output targets.

Process & Mold Control: Handle mold changeovers, adjust machine parameters, and optimize setup

.Troubleshooting: Fix machine errors, reduce downtime, and minimize product rejection.M

anpower Management: Assign tasks to operators, oversee attendance, and lead shift handovers.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and 5S housekeeping standards.

Skills: Solid knowledge of hydraulic/electric injection machines, troubleshooting, and basic computer reporting.

SALARY IS OF 12 HOURS DUTY

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

- Plastics injection moulding: 6 years (Required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
