About This Role

1. Lead the conceptualization and scripting of smartphone videos based on
predefined formats and product briefs.
2. Translate content goals into clear, executable shoot plans — with shot lists,
references, and creator directions.
3. Act as the bridge between creative and execution — working closely with the
DOP, editor, and graphic designer in your pod.
4. Direct creators on set with clarity and confidence, ensuring tone, pace, and
brand alignment.
5. Maintain transparent communication within your pod to ensure everyone
understands the day’s objectives and creative approach.
6. Conduct pre-shoot checks and post-shoot reviews to maintain content quality
and continuity.
7. Coordinate with the central content lead for approvals, updates, and daily
progress tracking.
8. Troubleshoot on-set challenges creatively and efficiently to avoid production
delays.
