Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and active Field Follow-up / Purchase Coordinator to handle routine external coordination, supplier follow-up, material collection, purchase-related field activities and delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for routine requirements.
- Collect purchased materials from suppliers when required.
- Coordinate delivery of materials to the factory.
- Follow up on pending purchases and supplier commitments.
- Visit suppliers / vendors when required.
- Coordinate urgent external requirements.
- Collect documents, samples and other materials as required.
- Coordinate with transport providers where necessary.
- Confirm material collection and delivery.
- Maintain records of pending external requirements.
- Inform the Factory Manager about delays or supplier issues.
- Coordinate with Stores for material receipt.
- Coordinate with Purchase / Accounts regarding relevant documentation.
- Handle routine outside activities as assigned.
- Ensure that external tasks are completed within the required timeline.

Daily Follow-up

The person should know:

- What needs to be collected?
- From which supplier?
- What needs to be purchased?
- What is pending?




- What has been dispatched?
- What has reached the factory?
- What is delayed?
- What requires urgent action?

Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of experience in purchase coordination, field follow-up, textile / garment manufacturing or a similar environment.
- Good knowledge of the Tirupur supplier / vendor environment will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up ability with good communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for vendor and material follow-up.
- Valid driving license will be an advantage where applicable.

Job Details

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.)
