We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scan Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our diagnostic/scan centre. The ideal candidate will have strong management and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing healthcare or diagnostic centre operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the scan centre.
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Monitor patient service, scheduling, billing, and administrative activities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with radiologists, technicians, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor centre performance, operational efficiency, and revenue targets.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with centre policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Manage inventory,



equipment requirements, and vendor coordination.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve patient and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and overall centre performance.

Requirements

- 2+ years of relevant management/operations experience preferred.
- Master’s Degree in Management, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a scan centre.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, skills and performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
