Job Role & Responsibilites

Key Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Perform manual testing for web, mobile, or API applications.
- Log, track, and verify defects using our bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure Devops).
- Participate in regression, functional, usability, and exploratory testing.
- Work collaboratively with developers to understand current features and verify fixes.
- Support automation activities by learning and writing basic automated test scripts (optional based on project).
- Document test results and provide feedback on product usability and quality.
- Assist in maintaining test documentation and contributing to QA process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Basic understanding of software development and testing concepts.
- Basic understanding of Testing strategies and Testing Types.
- Familiarity with QA processes and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for product quality and learning new tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Good To have Skills:

- Experience with testing tools like Postman, Selenium, JMeter, or Cypress.
- Knowledge of Bug Life cycle, UAT,



Smoke and Unit testing.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
