- Lead and manage the recruitment team.
- Allocate daily requirements and monitor recruiter performance.
- Source and close positions within defined timelines.
- Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly reports.
- Train and support recruiters to improve closures.
- Ensure recruitment targets and client commitments are achieved.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
