- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, anticipate requirements, and recommend effective solutions.
- Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations.
- Lead ongoing business process reviews and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and detailed documentation.
- Create detailed wireframes, workflow diagrams, and process flow diagrams as required.
- Develop and execute test cases and perform black-box/UAT testing to validate solutions against business requirements.
- Conduct show-and-tell/demo sessions with stakeholders and collect feedback.
