- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity estimates from drawings. Conduct quantity take-offs and quantity reconciliation. Verify contractor bills, subcontractor bills and supplier invoices. Prepare rate analyses for current and extra items. Monitor project costs against approved budgets. Track variations, change orders, and claims. Coordinate with procurement for material quantity planning and cost control. Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts. Maintain records of bills, measurements, contracts, and cost data. Prepare weekly steel and concrete wastage reports.
Qualifications: 1. B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering
2. 5+ years’ experience (QS and panning role in highrise building construction works)
3. Strong communication & analytical skills
4. Proficient working in Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
