To attend the service calls aligned by the Service Head as per the Schedule

To Trouble shoot of technical issues in the Equipment, in office.

To prepare Service report on daily basis and get it signed from the Customer

To keep a track of the Service calls attended and make regular follow-ups with the End user to get the status of the proper functioning of the machine.

To report on daily basis to the Service Head on the work carried out and the pending activities.

To take Customer feedback regarding the Quality of the Equipment and Service rendered

To promote sale of AMC and Spare parts.  To generate lead for Sales team.

To prepare Expense vouchers and submit the same alongwith the Service reports and supporting every week.

To follow the Travel policy and Code of Conduct laid down by the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
