CTC: ₹3 LPA + ₹25,000 Relocation Bonus
Approx. In-Hand Salary: ₹19,000/month
Night Shift Allowance: Up to ₹3,000/month
Working Days: 5 days working with 2 rotational offs
Transport: One-way cab facility

Job Role

- Handle customer queries through voice calls
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions
- Maintain clear and skilled communication
- Follow process, quality, and customer service guidelines
