Job Description
We are looking for a talented Architect with a strong design sensibility and experience in luxury residential projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to thoughtfully designed homes where every detail is carefully considered, and each space reflects sophistication and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing architectural concepts from initial sketches to detailed drawings.
- Contribute to creating bespoke designs that balance aesthetics, functionality, and client requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants including structural, MEP, landscape, and interiors teams.
- Support in resolving design and technical challenges during project development.
- Collaborate with clients and senior team members to refine design ideas.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and drawings.
- Participate in site visits to ensure design intent and quality are maintained.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Experience in residential and/or luxury interior projects preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and visualization tools.
- Robust understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Basic knowledge of sustainable design practices and smart home integration.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced design environment.
Salary
₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (commensurate with experience and skill set).
