Job Summary

Fronix Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented US Talent Acquisition (TA) Recruiter / OPT Recruiter with around 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, internal hiring, and maintaining a strong consultant pipeline across various US visa categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals across OPT, CPT, H1B, H1B Transfer, H4 EAD, GC, and USC visa categories.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified consultants for current and future staffing requirements.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening based on technical skills, experience, visa status, location, and availability.
- Engage candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews, collect required documentation, and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions, interview status, and recruitment activities in the ATS.
- Work closely with Bench Sales, Business Development, and Delivery teams to understand staffing requirements and consultant deployment needs.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment and hiring targets.




- Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Develop a robust understanding of US Staffing processes, visa classifications, tax terms, and employment types.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of US visa categories and recruitment practices.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.

Preferred

- Experience in OPT / CPT / H1B recruitment or internal consultant hiring.
- Experience working with US IT Staffing companies.
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruitment tracking systems.
- Knowledge of IT technologies and common US staffing job roles is an advantage.
