Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to handle routine customer calls and support day-to-day communication with customers. The role involves making and receiving calls, sharing basic product information, following up on enquiries, recording customer details, and coordinating with the relevant team when required.

Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply. Candidates with experience in telecalling, customer support, sales coordination, or similar roles may have an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Make calls to customers regarding enquiries, products, and orders.
- Receive and respond to routine customer calls and queries.
- Share basic information about company products and services.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer calls and enquiries.




- Update customer information and follow-up details in the relevant system or records.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments when customer assistance is required.
- Forward customer requests or concerns to the appropriate team.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records.
- Complete assigned calling and follow-up tasks within the required timelines.
- Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain customer records accurately.
- Basic understanding of customer service and professional communication.
- Willingness to learn and work with the team.
