Job Description

Position- Operations/ Industrial Engineering Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Conduct time and motion studies for press operations and allied processes.

Ø Perform line balancing and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

Ø Monitor and analyze OEE, cycle time, changeover time, and downtime data.

Ø Assist in designing plant layouts, material flow, and workstation ergonomics for better throughput.

Ø Support implementation of lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Poka-Yoke, and visual management.

Ø Track and report daily/weekly production and manpower utilization metrics.

Ø Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for continuous improvement projects.

Ø Assist in capacity planning and resource allocation for upcoming orders.





Ø Participate in cost reduction initiatives by identifying waste and non-value-added activities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
