Role Overview

Our Client is looking for a Growth Manager who can drive the brand’s online business across its D2C website and leading marketplaces. The ideal candidate should understand online sales, revenue, GMV, conversion, customer acquisition, and marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive online sales and revenue growth across the brand’s D2C website and marketplaces.
- Manage and grow business across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Track and analyse key business metrics including GMV, revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, CAC and customer acquisition.
- Develop strategies to improve website and marketplace sales, visibility and conversion.
- Monitor marketplace performance, product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory and sales trends.
- Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, retention and overall online business growth.




- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute growth initiatives and sales campaigns.
- Analyse competitors, category trends and customer behaviour to identify new growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve online business performance.

Requirements

- 3–7 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, online business or growth roles.
- Prior experience working with a D2C website/brand is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio or similar marketplaces.
- Solid understanding of online sales, revenue, GMV, conversion and customer acquisition.
- Experience in lingerie, fashion, apparel or relevant D2C categories would be preferred.
- Strong analytical and commercial understanding with the ability to translate data into business decisions.
- Candidates who have worked with high-growth D2C brands will be preferred.
