HOORAY HOLIDAYS is looking for motivated Relationship Associates to promote and sell our holiday packages and travel services to customers across India.
About the Role
As a Relationship Associate, you will independently develop customer relationships, understand their travel requirements and recommend suitable HOORAY HOLIDAYS packages.
This is a freelance, performance-based sales role. Associates are responsible for generating their own customer enquiries and are not provided with guaranteed leads.
For applicable travel products, the associate may add a reasonable markup to the applicable HOORAY HOLIDAYS price when preparing a customer quotation. The associate's earning comes from the markup on a successfully confirmed booking.
Associates should keep their customer pricing competitive. Excessive markup can make a package less attractive to customers and may reduce the likelihood of a booking.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop your own prospective customers.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Understand customers' travel requirements, preferences and budgets.
Recommend suitable holiday packages and travel services.
Prepare quotations using applicable HOORAY HOLIDAYS pricing.
Apply a reasonable and competitive markup where applicable.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Convert genuine customer enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Develop referrals and repeat-customer relationships.
Coordinate with HOORAY HOLIDAYS for availability, booking confirmation and travel-related requirements.
Maintain skilled communication with customers throughout the booking process.
Earnings
This is a performance-based freelance role with no fixed salary.
Earnings are generated from the markup retained by the associate on eligible, successfully confirmed bookings.
There is no guaranteed monthly income, guaranteed number of bookings or guaranteed customer enquiries. Actual earnings depend on the customers and bookings generated by the associate.
Customer acquisition
HOORAY HOLIDAYS does not provide guaranteed leads for this role.
Associates are expected to develop their own customers through their personal and professional networks, referrals, social media and other legitimate customer-acquisition methods.
