Job opening for the position of Data Entry Executive

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

About Aseema: Aseema is a Mumbai-based NGO that is committed to equipping children from marginalised communities with high quality, value-based education, enabling the development of their limitless potential. We run three municipal schools in Mumbai in partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM), and one school for tribal children in Igatpuri. Aseema reaches out to over 4,000 children living in vulnerable circumstances in urban slums and tribal communities.

Responsibilities:

- To work under the guidance and supervision of the School Head.
- To be responsible for all the BMC related data required at School, attendance registers, filling of marks in the data sheets.
- To coordinate with the Teachers for the BMC data required for Std. V to X and compile it.
- To ensure that all the BMC related work is completed within given time
- To check and update the BMC HM register based on inputs provided by the teachers.
- To update the BMC registers and do Aseema student’s attendance entry online.
- To update the BMC curricular marks entry in the register.




- To type the Exam question papers for all the subjects as assigned by the Teachers.
- To fill in the marks for Secondary section students on Excel sheet and keep updating the same.
- To be flexible, open to change and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
- To be enthusiastic to learn and show initiative in improving work.

Qualification and Skills required:

- Bachelor's degree required
- Positive with English and Marathi typing skills
- Minimum 2 year of relevant work experience
- Candidates residing in Mumbai should only apply
- Well versed with Computer skills
