Job Summary

iAPP Technologies LLP is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with 2–3 years of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and communication skills and hands-on experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, preferably within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers and team leads.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring and joining process.
- Handle salary discussions, offers,



and joining formalities.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future requirements.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience in IT recruitment will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sourcing, screening, and candidate-handling skills.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
