Review and verify quantity take-offs, BOQ items, and supplier quotations.

2. Prepare and update quotation comparison sheets for architectural, MEP, and finishing works.

3. Identify missing items, exclusions, deviations, and commercial risks in supplier offers.

4. Verify quantities against BOQ, drawings, specifications, and project documents.

5. Professionally manage and analyze Excel files, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and

data validation.

6. Prepare clear analytical and cost reports to support procurement decisions.

7. Coordinate with the Procurement Manager regarding clarifications and comparison outcomes.

8. Support cost review and value analysis across multiple ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or a

related field.

2.



Minimum 10 years of practical experience in quantity surveying, cost analysis, tender review, and

commercial comparison for building construction projects, including architectural, electrical, and

mechanical works.

3. Solid understanding of BOQ review, quantity verification, and quotation analysis across

construction trades.

4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

5. Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

7. Ability to work independently and deliver accurate reports remotely.

8. Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage.
