Key Responsibilities:

- Make a minimum of 300 calls per day to prospective customers.
- Make outbound calls and explain the company’s products/services.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Identify customer requirements and generate potential leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling (300 calls per day) and work towards targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
