We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and handle day-to-day HR activities, with a major focus on recruitment, employee management and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, references and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
- Manage employee joining, documentation, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation.
- Handle day-to-day staff management and employee coordination.
- Monitor attendance, leave, punctuality, and general discipline.
- Coordinate with management regarding employee requirements and HR matters.
- Address employee queries and support a positive workplace environment.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
- Support management in other HR and administrative activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree ina related field.




- Prior experience in recruitment and employee management will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate with employees and management effectively.
- Robust organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Responsible, proactive and capable of handling multiple HR activities.

Important – Job Location

Our workplace is located at Navagam Udhyog Nagar, Kamrej, Surat. Candidates must be able to travel to Kamrej on a daily basis.
